Today is the third Spring CSA harvest and I have to wait. There’s a good frost out there this morning. And what is surprising is the crops inside the greenhouses are also a bit frosty! They will be fine, but I have to wait for them to thaw on their own before harvesting them or they will be a bit mushy. Maybe by the time I post this the sun will be up enough to warm it up.
